       Business Counseling: At The Wheaton Law Group, over 50 years of Big Law firm expertise, combined with the

Our lawyers have used their expertise to guide clients, including Google, Epson America and 10X Genomics and in civil litigation matters, Exxon Mobil, E.I. du Pont de Nemours, Allstate, Hertz Corporation, Subaru of America, among others, through a variety of business, technology and finance transactions and civil litigation cases.


      Transactions: We review, draft and negotiate master services agreements and statements of work for inbound and outbound services including Cloud infrastructure master services and master purchase agreements and statements of work, advertising and marketing, market research, web design, procurement, logistics and transportation services agreements, software and trademark licensing agreements, software as a service (SAAS) agreements, manufacturing agreements and commercial real property acquisitions and leases. We have years of experience in business transactions, including secured and unsecured loans, other debt and equity financings and buying and selling businesses—structuring, due diligence, financing, and documentation. Our due diligence review services include review of contracts, regulatory compliance and filings and corporate governance documents. 


      Civil Litigation: We take on high-stakes litigation, both for plaintiffs and defendants, in complex commercial cases, entertainment and media matters, and intellectual property. Based in California, we work with a wide network to represent clients throughout the country and internationally, and argue appeals in both state and federal courts of appeal. As a Women/Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE), we also are experienced in partnering with large law firms on complex and multi-district matters.
